Hello, my name is Bren Wrona Norris,a former public school music teacher. As we all have seen, music and the arts are being
taken out of our child's education in many school districts across the country. This is sad as children who have music in
their lives learn faster, are much more intelligent and creative when music is in everyday life.
I saw a need and decided to compose music that have lessons, activities and fun for all. When I grew up I learned the
ABC's to the melody of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Gosh, that didn't make much sense, so I wrote Ickily Boo Doo which not
only has the letters of the alphabet but also the SOUNDS of the alphabet creatively in a song. This helps children and ESL
students of all ages learn our language and we have two versions on the CD, a slower learning version with voice and guitar
and a full blown classically produced production. ICKILY BOO DOO is so much fun to sing!
I then wrote Rock n Roll Manners, Crystal Rainbow and all the rest came in a matter of days!
I had a great time recording this CD and working with the two talented children (Andrea Parrino & Sebastian Morton)who
sing with me. Many thanks to my musician friends Harry Mello, Jim Keefe and Armando Rosales who contributed their talent
for children to learn and to make this CD possible
